Taken from today's (and tomorrow's) headlines, the topics explored in this workshop will help you bring real world relevance into your classes. From health care to tax systems, to the role of government in the economy, this workshop brings you classroom tested, teacher approved lessons that make it easy for you to integrate economics and civics into your curriculum! Join us for an exciting day exploring the brand new Council for Economic Education book Focus: Understanding Economics in Civics and Government. Actively involve your students in the learning process through the simulations, activities, readings and projects contained in this work.
