[WSCSS] Colonial Dames of Washington History Scholarships Grades 5 - 12

 The Colonial Dames of Washington are pleased to announce that we are
accepting scholarship applications from history and social studies teachers
of grades five through twelve in Washington State schools.  Our scholarships
are to help you with your program development, classroom projects, and other
opportunities to enhance your teaching experiences and your students
learning.  You may apply in any one or all of the following categories:
* Up to $1,000 contribution for continuing education relating to American
history. 
* Up to $1,000 contribution for curriculum development.
* Up to $1,000 contribution for travel and tuition to attend educational
seminars relating to American history.
* Up to $1,000 contribution for teacher enrichment project/program.
Grant applications must be received no later than March 6, 2009.  To access

recipients of our scholarships.
