News from the Institute:

The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History is pleased to offer 400 one-day passes for history and social studies teachers interested in attending the 2009 Organization of American Historians (OAH) Annual Meeting. 

The first 400 teachers to complete the online form will be guaranteed a one-day pass and will be contacted via email with additional information to complete registration.

The 102nd annual meeting of the OAH will be held in Seattle from March 26 to March 28, 2009. Teachers will be able to pick which day of the conference they will attend. To apply for one of the free day passes, click on the following link:
