Dear WSCSS Educators - With just over a week left to register for STUDY
CANADA, I wanted to draw your attention to the $300 scholarship being
offered to a participating Pacific Northwest teacher by the Canada-America
Society in Seattle, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting
Canadian culture, commerce and collegiate interests in the region. The
application is included in this email - just fill it out and email back to
the Melissa Richardson at sam_mel at yahoo.com<mailto:sam_mel at yahoo.com>.
[Hint: No one has applied for the award yet!!!]

Of course, all WA State registrants are also guaranteed an additional $150
for receipted travel costs to join us in Vancouver, BC on June 21. There
are teachers from across the country (and even Australia) attending this
year. I hope to hear from some of you before the week is out since there
are only five spaces still available in the program!
