"A Conversation with Marian Smith, USCIS Historian"
A one-of-a-kind opportunity for researchers looking for immigration and
nationality research and records. Marian Smith is the Senior Historian
at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland
Security. She regularly lectures at national and international genealogy
conferences on the history and uses of immigration and naturalization
records held in the National Archives in Washington, D.C. and other
locations. Bring your questions!

Also, on Saturday, January 12th from10:00 AM to 11:30 AM there will be
a presentation called "Overview of the National Archives" . It is FREE!
