[WSCSS] Free US History materials to stimulate thoughtful discussions

Last official call for anyone seeking to enrich his high school US History
or current events classes with materials that cover important episodes in US
History, raise issues of the past related to the present, and have been
highly praised by secondary school as well as teacher educators. One example
follows:

Tom Ladenburg’s lesson plans are thought-provoking  for students. They
couple strong content knowledge with higher level thinking skills,
allowing students to gain in the areas of social studies and overall
intellect. They could be used with any level of high school student from
underachieving to gifted. Further, they are understandable and appear to
be easily implemented. Kudos to Tom Ladenburg on this set of well-crafted
lesson plans!
