Subject: Colonial Dames Grants

The Colonial Dames of Washington is pleased to again offer four - $1000
scholarships to all history and social studies teachers, grades 5 ­ 12.
Since 1998, the Dames have awarded over $200,000 in grants to teachers,
giving them opportunities to enhance their classroom program development,
further their own education, and spark great interest in our nation¹s
history among their students.

Please note that the deadline for the 2007 grant applications is March 1.
